Background: This project, built in Beaconsfield, incorporated advanced pre-built walls and roof truss systems for the 29'x50' second floor addition. We removed the existing roof structure of this bungalow in sections and incorporated a new engineered floor system.  We then built the new roof structure in two modules adapted for single-crane lifts.
    
The Big Day: On the day of these photos, the crane displaced both roof modules, erected 158 linear feet of panelized wall system for the second floor and replaced both roof modules on the new walls.

All this and complete membrane waterproofing in 8-1/2 hours!
